E-Tunnels.com only allows subscriptions under the following terms:

1. E-Tunnels.com prohibits the use of its service for the commission of criminal acts.  Subscribers must agree that they will not use our service to violate the laws of the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the Internet, the jurisdiction where their assigned server is located or the jurisdiction where the website they are accessing is located.  Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold harmless E-Tunnels.com for any civil or criminal liability incurred through subscriber's misuse of e-tunnels.com's service under the terms of this clause.
2. Subscriber agrees to not distribute E-Tunnels' server certificate, client certificate or client key to anyone else.  This shall not prohibit subscriber from installing the certificates and key on other computers belonging to subscriber.  Subscriber agrees to be responsible for all acts committed by computers utilizing subscriber's unique assigned client certificate and key.
3. Subscriber agrees not to use E-Tunnels.com's service for sending spam, port scanning, scanning for open proxies or open relays, sending opt-in email, unsolicited email or any type or version of email sent in large quantities even if the email is ultimately sent off of another server. Subscriber agrees not to launch any pop-ups from E-Tunnels.com's service and not to attack any other computer or network.
4. Subscriber specifically agrees to not use E-Tunnels.com's service to further the exploitation of children, digitally, photographically or otherwise.
5. Subscribers should restrict their data transfer to 100 MB per day. Oversuse will result in a warning.  Repeated overuse will result in subscription termination.  Subscribers who have elected for "unlimited bandwidth" or whose packages include it, are excepted from this limitation.
6. E-Tunnels.com cannot and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. In any event E-Tunnels.com will not be liable for any monetary damages beyond what the user paid to e-tunnels.com.
7. E-Tunnels.com may terminate any user for violating terms of service immediately without notice or refund or suspend the account pending investigation, clarification or comment from the user. If your account is suspended (access denied) you must contact us to see if the situation can be rectified.
8. E-Tunnels.com only keeps log files for a 7 day period. After 7 days the log files are deleted from all sources. For additional information, see our Privacy Policy and Procedure.
9. Criminal Activity - Any subscriber who commits any of the following criminal actions: credit card fraud, use of stolen credit cards, bank fraud, PayPal fraud, ebay fraud, e-gold fraud, fraud concerning any other online payment processor, mail fraud, blackmail, extortion, kidnapping, murder, rape, sale of stolen goods, sale of stolen credit cards, operating websites or sending email to conduct identity theft, phishing, pharming, hacking, spamming of any form in, on or through our service using any of our resources sacrifices any and all legal rights to privacy.
10. This is the whole agreement. From time to time E-Tunnels.com may post a new terms of service that will become binding and it is the responsibility of the users to periodically check for new Terms of Service.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is simple. If, after diligently working with our support staff, you are unable to get connected within three days of signup, we will be glad to offer a refund.
